I have received the same excepcional service and quality of food every time I have gone to Phở Houston. From the 1st time to the 30th it has tested the exact same, and that is delicious. I have Ordered many different combinations of Pho and they all are 10/10 because of the broth that has been mastered and perfected. Whether you order it in person or to go, that broth will be amazing.

Went on a Friday at 2pm, ordered the chicken pho and shrimp pho. Would never order the chicken pho again. the chicken tastes so fake and had no flavor (guess it’s just boiled?) and i had to just remove the chicken entirely from the soup. the shrimp pho was a bit better but still was not memorable enough to want to come back. found out too late that the beef with tendonds pho is a better option (as recommended by friends who’ve been), but it’ll be a while before I come back again. waitress was kind and the inside has many tables.

I went yesterday on Friday and for some reason it tasted different it was missing the green onions and meat was overly cooked almost hard I always go and it’s amazing but for some reason it tasted different yesterday I hope they don’t change the recipe (first photo is usually 2nd was yesterday)

i got the #6 and the food was truly impeccable… it was perfectly warmed, noodles soft, and the broth simple— which helps in having a good base for when mixing up one’s own spices to it. the restaurant was quiet, server was friendly, and had fast service. the vietnamese coffee was incredibly good as well. it was strong but not in the bitter sense, it kept a small sweet sense to it. honestly this will be my pho spot from now on if i ever crave it! photastic!

First time to this restaurant, wanted to try the food out especially since there were some good comments. We entered and were greeted from a distance by a waitperson to sit wherever we wanted. They soon brought menus, silverware and took our drink order and later returned to take our food order. We had two different waiters bring our drinks, condiments and food. We had 3 different sauce cups brought to us; we asked what they were for, the waiter told us but we had a hard time understanding him. The food was good, my husband liked the chicken and noodles pho and I got something similar to a bun with shrimp and stir fried vegetables with very little and subtle flavor. I was told one of the sauce cups was to be poured into the dish. The vegetable rolls were hardly filled and somewhat greasy.
